In the app
Go to Settings, Account, Delete my account. This deletes your account, plan link and usage history from our server right away, and lets you also erase all records on your phone.
Without the app
Email contact-support@paymitra-ai.com from the Gmail address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, sessions and usage counts.
- Kept by Google Play: Google Play keeps its own purchase records.
- Kept by us: a one-way code made from your Google account ID, so the free Pro trial is given only once per person. It cannot be turned back into your account, email or name.
- On your phone: your records are only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them, unless you kept a backup file.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
